Sportstec Support

Offerings & Packages

Sportstec offers different levels of support to meet the varying needs and requirements of our customers. Our support packages have been developed in conjunction with our customers with the objective that each guarantees value for your budget.

 

Our support model is designed around access - We guarantee the same quality of support in each of the options including the free assistance given via the website and email.

 

Sportstec support packages are annual commitments; with the support year beginning on the date of purchase. We highly recommend that support commitments are kept active to protect and maintain your investment, however your organization has the option to discontinue this service contract at any time.

Email Support

Email and website support is available free of charge. Emails will be answered in the order that they are received.

TopDirect Phone Support

Our aim is to respond to all support calls within 2 hours, if not answered immediately.  All calls will be answered in the order that they are received.

Game Day Support

The Game Day Support system is a phone card that comes with either a 3 or 5 hour support credit, with each call logged in 15 minute increments. Thus, a 3 hour phone card provides you with a maximum of twelve 15 minute phone calls.

  • Access times: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, Pacific Coast Time.
  • Available to: Game Breaker users.
  • Exclusions: Software upgrades are not included in the Game Day support commitments.

Victory Support

The Victory Support package is tailored for cusotmers who desire 24 hour phone support during the season only. During the off-season, you have unlimited access to our support personnel during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The season dates are set at the beginning of each year by you the customer and your local Sportstec Support Manager.

  • Access times: During the Season: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Off Season: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, Pacific Coast Time.
  • Available to: SportsCode GameBreaker, SportsCode Pro, and SportsCode Elite users.
  • Inclusions: Software upgrades.

TopChampion Support

Champion support provides the user with 24 hour support access over the entire year.This package is designed to provide support to high end, heavy usage users who are dependant on their Sportstec system and require priority service to minimize downtime and ensure a quick response-time on any support issue.

 

Champion support users are provided priority access to software upgrades in order to take immediate advantage of any software enhancements or improvements as they are released. Upgrades are version changes where new functionality is added to the software. This will ensure that you will be taking advantage of the most cutting edge functionality and technology.

  • Access times: Year round support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Available to: SportsCode GameBreaker, SportsCode Pro, and SportsCode Elite users.
  • Inclusions: First release software upgrades
